You are viewing the SMS Terms and Conditions for the restaurant ordering services powered by OrderJam (Lexical Systems LLC). These terms apply to all SMS interactions between you and the participating Restaurant.

1. Program Description

By texting our ordering number or opting in via our website, you agree to receive automated text messages related to:

• Transactional Updates: Order confirmations, preparation status, and delivery notifications.
• Customer Support: AI-assisted answers to menu questions or order issues.
• Marketing & Promos: Exclusive coupons, discounts, and offers from the Restaurant you ordered from.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from that specific Restaurant.

5. Carrier Liability

Carriers (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
